Refund Policy

At Junk Brothers, we work hard to provide reliable and professional junk removal services in Huntington Beach and across Orange County. Because our work involves labor, transportation, and disposal costs at the time of service, all sales are final.

No Refunds

  • Once payment has been made and services are completed, we cannot offer refunds.

  • This applies to all payment methods, including Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Rescheduling

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

Service Issues

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out by phone or email. While we cannot provide refunds, we take feedback seriously and will do our best to make things right for future services.
