Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the type and quantity of items being removed.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept multiple secure payment options including Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Bookings can be made through our online form, by phone, or by email.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities

Hazardous materials (chemicals, paints, fuels, etc.) cannot be removed.

Junk Brothers is not responsible for items once they are removed.

We take care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for damage to property when removing items that are difficult to access, improperly installed, or structurally unsound.
